This year, we are excited to return to IUS in the flesh! The 2022 IEEE International Ultrasonics Symposium will be held from October 10th to 13th in Venice, Italy, and us4us is once again resuming its role as a silver sponsor.
The 2022 symposium is particularly important to us, as it marks the 10th year that we will be setting up our stall at the conference. And if you are unable to visit our on-site exhibit in person, IUS will also be providing on-line access to the exhibitors’ resources.
We are also bringing back the original short course designed by us4us in collaboration with Billy Yiu of the University of Waterloo. Ultrasound Signal Processing with GPUs — Introduction to Parallel Programming will help participants familiarize themselves with GPU/parallel programming and apply it to ultrasound signal processing. Over 80 attendees registered for the course during its initial run at the 2021 conference, and we are even more excited this year to be bringing you a live version of the class. Whether you are a student, PhD student, researcher or simply interested in extending your knowledge of GPU processing for ultrasound, watch this space for updates!
