The us4R™ is our latest, advanced ultrasound research platform for 2D and 3D ultrasound data acquisition and real time processing. The system is an all-in-one solution, composed of an ultrasound front-end, an embedded PC and a GPU cluster. Inspired by the architecture of our the now-obsolete USPlatform system, it exploits the latest electronics solutions to provide both improved analog signal conditioning and greatly increased digital throughput.

us4R-lite is a low-cost portable ultrasound research system with direct software access to raw RF signals (ie. channel data). The system consists of an ultrasound front-end module with a Thunderbolt interface and an optional embedded Nvidia Tegra X2 GPU module. Fully programmable transmit, receive and processing functions predispose the system to research and educational applications.

Products
We currently produce two versatile ultrasonic systems (platforms) for research applications. Both systems are rooted in one common architecture of raw echo signal acquisition and software processing on GPU units. The systems guarantee full control over the ultrasound signal transmit/receive process, and make possible the implementation of original signal processing algorithms on the CPU/GPU. This versatility and programmability predisposes our platforms to function well within fields of ultrasound imaging in medical and non-destructive testing R+D, as well as the prototyping, testing and implementation of new methods and algorithms.
